The historic and elegant clubhouse is ideal for entertaining. Members and guests appreciate the simplistic beauty of the ballroom with a backdrop of French doors running the length of the exterior wall, beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed timber beams, an elevated stage and open floor plan that can accommodate up to 200 guests. For smaller groups, the club’s living room sets an inviting tone featuring a handcrafted tiled fireplace, hand rubbed terracotta walls, original millwork and French doors wrapping the room. The column lined pergola with authentic Ludowici tile floor complements both rooms offering outdoor space to enjoy.
The CC Mellor Memorial Library is housed on the second floor with a children’s library and Fred Rogers play room on the first floor. Members have the convenience of combining their educational and recreational actives within one location.
Members enjoy a 25 meter heated pool with diving board, wading pool and play area, locker rooms, and multi-sport courts, offering tennis, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball and bocce. There is a full service snack bar, pro shop counter, programming for adults and children, as well as a full social calendar.
During swim season, members gather for Friday Night Poolside themed menu offerings and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings swim team families are cheering on the Edgewood Electric Eels.
